
Student Orientation Program
THRIVE is a customizable on-campus (or virtual) program for college students and faculty that teaches skills for: managing stress, cultivating self-awareness and growth, and creating a vibrant and supportive learning community.
The components of the program include mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and community-building. Together, they provide a framework for well-being: specific ways for students and teachers to tap into their individual strengths, nourish themselves, and connect to one another.
It is widely accepted that academic achievement and professional success are strengthened by emotional and physical well-being. This program provides a holistic toolkit, eliciting trust and support, and contributing to a more robust and inclusive academic environment.
