Below are my customizable programs. I also teach in-person and livestream classes at Down Dog Yoga in Washington DC. Sign up here.  All fitness levels are welcome.

Team Building

THRIVE AT WORK shares mindfulness tools to improve organizational wellness. Whether you are planning a one-hour mid-day session or a multi-day retreat, your team will leave with a renewed sense of purpose, collaboration and engagement. 

40 Days to Transformation

ALIGN offers a roadmap to build an engaged community that can together create positive change. It includes weekly group sessions devoted to wellness, connection and reflection, plus a daily commitment to yoga + meditation. 

Individual Sessions

I offer private yoga work - both virtually and in-person - to help you feel better, live better, and do better. We will collaboratively determine your goals and customize our sessions to target your areas of growth and healing in a supportive space.

Student and Faculty Programs

THRIVE is a customizable on-campus (or virtual) program for college students and faculty that teaches skills for: managing stress, cultivating self-awareness and growth, and creating a vibrant and supportive learning community. 

Melissa's challenging yet generously encouraging demeanor during my first 60 Minute Hot Power flow gave me the courage and the determination to stay in the room that day, and come back again and again. Melissa is also in tune to the universe (which is a big deal) and in tune to the hearts and feelings of those she teaches (an even bigger deal) and so her class is filled with as much encouragement as it is a challenging flow.
